Phidelia is 66 years of age, widowed with a 25 year old daughter. Phidelia can neither read or write. She has had a business for 39 years selling primarily charcoal. She both makes charcoal and sells it. With the loan, she will significantly increase the quantity of her charcoal offering which she has wanted to do for many years believing that will be the difference in her growing her business.
